get back to Canada just to make watermelon juice again…

accomplishment:
Dave: learning how to make Kung-Poa Chicken (Dave met a
Chinese Masterchef!!)
Steph: Not dying after my 13h
work days… but really, I was offered a promotion at work!

Dave: National Confucius Temple

Steph: Anping- the beach and
surrounding area!!

Dave: Driving the
scooter and learning the fastest route to the market.
Steph: Teaching Kindy

learned:
Dave: How sea salt is made, and how many different types of
soy sauce there are!
Steph: Dave got me a watercolour set for my birthday. Turns
out I LOOOVE it!!

The statue in the background is Lin Mo Niang- legend has it she is the human form of the goddess Matsu- who protects the sea workers and offers an image of piousness to the young Taiwanese. This park overlooks the Anping harbour.
