On rainy days

It's the rainy season here in Taiwan. If it's not raining it's overcast, and it's pretty much wet every time I go outside. But I LOOOOVE it. 

You see, I don't really handle heat well. I makes me grumpy and sulky and uncomfortable.

But the rain cuts the heat. 

So I'm happy.

And it feels like SPRIIIIING!!

(And, as the old saying goes, April showers bring May flowers. Since it's raining in May, that means we should have flowers like crazy in June, right?!)

PS. This may have been last week, but it's pretty much the same. Since when did 25 degrees feel cold?
